From the center of Jizzakh, head to the Jizzakh Bus Station (Avtovokzal). There, you can find buses heading towards Forish. Purchase a ticket to Forish, and make sure to confirm with the bus staff that they can drop you off near Ment. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Forish, ask locals for directions to Forish Sharsharasi, which is approximately 5 km from the bus stop.

At the Jizzakh Bus Station, look for shared taxi services (marshrutkas) that go to Forish. These will typically be located near the bus platforms. Join a shared taxi that is heading towards Forish and agree on the fare before starting your journey. The ride will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Forish, request to be dropped off near Ment, and then you can ask locals for the specific path to Forish Sharsharasi, which is about 5 km away.
