Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Namangan, head east on the main road towards the Namangan Regional Museum. Once you reach the museum, continue walking straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with the street named 'Khayrullaev Street'. Turn left onto Khayrullaev Street and walk for approximately 500 meters. You should see a bus stop on your right. Continue on Khayrullaev Street until you reach the next major intersection, then turn right onto 'Bobur Street'. Walk for another 600 meters. At this point, you will see a sign for 'Abror' on your left. Follow the sign, and after about 200 meters, you will arrive at the location marked as '2J4Q+J28, Namangan'.

From the central bus station in Namangan, take bus number 17 heading towards 'Abror'. The bus will make several stops, but you should remain on the bus for about 15 minutes. After this, get off at the stop closest to 'Khayrullaev Street'. From there, you can walk south on Khayrullaev Street for about 500 meters until you reach 'Bobur Street'. Turn right onto Bobur Street and continue walking for about 600 meters. You will see a sign for 'Abror' on your left, and after a short walk of about 200 meters, you will arrive at the destination located at '2J4Q+J28, Namangan'.
