Getting there

Car

If you're traveling by car, navigate to the coordinates 39.6537601, 66.9759845 using your GPS device or map application. From the center of Samarkand, head east on Bukhara Road (A-373). Continue straight for approximately 2.5 kilometers, then turn left onto Registan Street. Follow this road for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the Registan viewing platform. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that it may fill up quickly during peak tourist seasons.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take bus number 7 or 8 from the main bus station in Samarkand towards the Registan area. The fare is around 1,500 UZS (approximately $0.15 USD). Get off at the Registan stop. From there, walk approximately 500 meters towards the viewing platform, following the signs. Alternatively, you can use a shared taxi (marshrutka) that operates along the same route; just ensure to tell the driver your destination.

Walking

If you're staying nearby, you can also walk to the Registan viewing platform. Start from the Registan complex, located at 39.6541° N, 66.9775° E, and head south on Registan Street.
