If you're starting from the Registan Square, walk east along Bibikhonim Street (Bibi-Khanym Street). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Khamza Street. Turn left onto Khamza Street and walk for about 500 meters. The Hazrat Khizr Mosque will be on your right, surrounded by gardens.

From the Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis, exit the complex and turn left. Walk west on the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bukhara Street. Turn right on Bukhara Street and walk for another 300 meters. The mosque will be on your left.
