Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Registan Square, head south towards the intersection with Tashkent Road (Uzbekistan 3). Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Tashkent Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Amir Temur Monument on University Boulevard, which will be on your right. This walk takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

    From Shah-i-Zinda, exit the complex and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with University Boulevard. Turn left onto University Boulevard, and you will find the Amir Temur Monument shortly on your left. This route takes around 25 minutes.

    If you are at the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, exit the mosque and head towards the main road. Walk straight along the road for about 1.2 kilometers, and then turn right onto University Boulevard.
