Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Registan Square, head northwest towards the Tashkent Road. Continue on Tashkent Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Bukhara Road. Turn left onto Bukhara Road and walk straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you see the sign for Yangikurgan. After passing the gas station, keep walking straight for another 800 meters. You will see a small path leading to your right that will take you directly to Payshanbi Bozor, which is located on WJGP+P7J.

    From the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, exit and turn right onto the main road. Walk towards the left side of the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Tashkent Road. Cross the street and continue straight for another 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the junction with Bukhara Road, turn right and follow the road for about 2 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating Yangikurgan and follow the path that leads directly to Payshanbi Bozor after about 800 meters.

    From the Samarkand Bus Station, take a local bus that heads towards Yangikurgan. You can ask the driver or locals for the right bus number, as they frequently run towards that area. Once you arrive in Yangikurgan, ask the bus driver to drop you off near the market area. After getting off, walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see Payshanbi Bozor on your left.
