Start your journey in the city of Termez, the capital of the Surkhandarya Region. From Termez, head southeast on the A-373 road. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for signs leading to Gora Khadzhirtepa. The mountain is located about 10 kilometers off the main road. Be prepared to drive on unpaved roads for the last segment of your trip. It’s advisable to have a 4WD vehicle due to the rugged terrain.

Begin at the Termez bus station and take a local minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Sherabad. The fare is usually around 5,000 UZS. Inform the driver that you want to stop near Gora Khadzhirtepa. The driver may drop you off at the closest point to the mountain, which is approximately 5 kilometers away. From there, you can either walk to the foot of the mountain or hire a local taxi, which may cost about 20,000 UZS.
