If you are driving from Tashkent, head east on the A-373 highway towards Parkent. Follow the signs for Parkent. After approximately 25 kilometers, take the exit toward Parkent. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the town center. From the town center, follow Kungay ko'chasi for about 2 kilometers, and you will arrive at Safar Park located in Kungay mahallasi.

To reach Safar Park using public transportation, start by taking a bus or marshrutka (minibus) from Tashkent to Parkent. Buses to Parkent depart from the Tashkent bus station, and the fare is approximately 5,000 UZS.
