Car
If you are traveling by car in the Banks Islands, you will need to head towards Motalava, as Rah Island is located near it. Start on the main road towards the northern part of Motalava Island. Follow the signs that lead to the ferry terminal for Rah Island. Park your car at the designated parking area near the terminal. Note that while there is no direct road access to Rah Island, you will have to take a ferry from Motalava Island.

From the Motalava ferry terminal, you will need to catch a ferry to Rah Island. The ferry schedules can vary, so it is advisable to check the timetable ahead of your trip. The ferry ride usually takes about 30 minutes. The cost of the ferry is approximately 2000 Vanuatu Vatu (about 20 USD), but this can vary, so confirm the price at the terminal.
Walking
