If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu. Drive north on the Luganville Road (also known as the East Coast Road) for approximately 30 kilometers. There is a small parking area available near the entrance. Note that you may need to pay a small entrance fee, typically around 500 Vanuatu Vatu.

To reach Matevulu Blue Hole via public transportation, take a bus or a 'bush taxi' from Port Vila. These can be found near the main market area in Port Vila. Make sure to confirm that the bus is heading towards Luganville. The journey will take about 1 hour. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Matevulu Blue Hole. The fare is usually around 300 Vanuatu Vatu. Once you arrive at Matevulu village, follow the signs to the Blue Hole, which is a short walk from where the bus drops you off.
