Walking
From the main entrance of the Apostolic Palace, exit towards the Vatican Gardens. Head south towards the Viale Vaticano. Once you reach the Viale Vaticano, turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Continue straight on Viale Vaticano, and you will see the Big Bus Tours Rome stop on your right, just before the entrance to the Vatican Museums.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk towards the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Catch the bus number 64, which runs frequently. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops and get off at the stop named 'Termini'. From there, you can walk to the Big Bus Tours Rome office, which is located at Via Giovanni Amendola, 7, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
