Continue walking along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Sant'Angelo Bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo). After crossing the bridge, turn right onto Lungotevere Castello and follow it until you reach the entrance of Castel Sant'Angelo. Walk past the castle and continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Via Nomentana. Turn left onto Via Nomentana and continue walking until you reach the Mausoleo di Santa Costanza at Via Nomentana, 349. The whole walk is approximately 4 km and will take about 50 minutes.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro' located at the edge of the square. Board bus number 81 or 982 towards 'Ostiense'. After about 10 stops, get off at 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. From there, transfer to bus number 310 towards 'Piazza dei Partigiani' and get off at 'Nomentana/Bologna'. The Mausoleo di Santa Costanza is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northeast on Via Nomentana until you reach the mausoleum at Via Nomentana, 349. The total travel time is approximately 35-45 minutes including wait times.
