From the Apostolic Palace, exit through the main entrance and head southeast on Piazza San Pietro towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once across, turn left onto Lungotevere Castello and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via dei Bastioni di Michelangelo. Turn right onto Via dei Bastioni di Michelangelo and continue straight until you reach V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi. Villa Sciarra will be on your right at V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, 11.
