From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums through the main entrance. Once outside, head towards the main road, Viale Vaticano. Turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the metro station 'Ottaviano'. Take Line A towards Anagnina. After several stops, get off at the 'Termini' station. At Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and take the train towards Laurentina. Get off at 'Colosseo' station. Exit the station and head towards the bus stop located nearby. Here, take bus number 75 towards 'Anzio'. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach your destination at 'Via Nettunense, 60'.
