Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Take a right onto Via Leone IV and continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From the square, you can take the metro from Ottaviano station. Walk to the Ottaviano metro station and take Line A towards Anagnina. Get off at the Termini station. Once at Termini, transfer to Line B and head towards Laurentina. Get off at the Garbatella station. From Garbatella, you can take a short walk to Via Gian Matteo Giberti, which will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and walk towards the Vatican Museums exit. Head left on Viale Vaticano until you reach the bus stop on your right at the intersection of Viale Vaticano and Via Leone IV. Take the bus number 49 or 87 towards Termini Station. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Termini'. Once at Termini, transfer to Line A of the metro and take the train towards Anagnina. Get off at the Ottaviano station. Walk towards the Ottaviano metro station and transfer to Line B, heading towards Laurentina. After 4 stops, get off at Garbatella stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Via Gian Matteo Giberti, which is about 15-20 minutes away.
