    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you exit the Vatican Museums, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, walk towards the left side of the square and continue onto Via della Conciliazione. Follow the road straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via del Foro Romano. Here, turn right and continue straight until you reach L.go della Salara Vecchia, where the Domus Augustiana is located.

Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via del Foro Romano and continue until you reach L.go della Salara Vecchia, where the Domus Augustiana is situated. The walk from the bus stop to your destination will take approximately 10 minutes.
