Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and head towards the Basilica di San Pietro (St. Peter's Basilica). As you walk, you will see the grand St. Peter's Square in front of you. Once you reach St. Peter's Square, walk towards the right side of the square and exit through the right gate. Continue walking straight on Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will eventually arrive at Piazza di Ponte Umberto I, where the Museo Napoleonico is located on your right at number 1.

After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele'.
