Walking
From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the main entrance and face the square (Piazza San Pietro). Walk straight ahead towards the colonnades in the square. As you reach the end of the square, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking along this street until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Cross the street, and then take the first right onto Via di Sant'Eustachio. Continue walking straight for a few minutes, and you will arrive at Piazza di S. Eustachio.

Alternatively, from St. Peter's Basilica, you can head down the steps to the right side of the Basilica and exit through the side door. Once outside, walk towards the right along the edge of the Vatican walls until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right and follow this road, which will lead you to Piazza di S. Eustachio.
