From St. Peter's Square, exit the square and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you are on the other side, continue straight along Lungotevere Castello until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then take a right onto Via del Giardino Zoologico. Follow this road until you reach Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico, where Bioparco di Roma is located. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 kilometers and will take about 30 minutes.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take the bus number 64 or 40 towards Termini Station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, transfer to bus number 81 towards 'Piazza San Giovanni'. Alight at the stop 'Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico'. You will see Bioparco di Roma directly ahead. The total journey will take around 40-50 minutes including waiting times.

Start at St. Peter's Square and walk to the nearest tram stop at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Board Tram number 19 towards 'Porte di Roma'. Get off at 'Piazza dei Giudici'.
