    From St. Peter's Square, exit the square and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you are on the other side, continue straight along Lungotevere Castello until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then take a right onto Via del Giardino Zoologico. Follow this road until you reach Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico, where Bioparco di Roma is located. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 kilometers and will take about 30 minutes.
