Continue walking towards the Basilica and follow the road as it curves to the right. After passing the Basilica, continue walking until you reach the Tiber River, then turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and you will be in the area of Piazza del Popolo.
