If you are already in St. Peter's Square, you can explore the area on foot. Start by facing St. Peter's Basilica, and you will see the grand entrance steps leading up to the Basilica. Take a moment to admire the stunning architecture. To your left, you will notice the beautiful colonnades designed by Bernini. If you want to head towards the Vatican Museums, exit the square through the main entrance and walk along Via della Conciliazione, which leads directly to the museums.

From St. Peter's Square, if you're planning to visit Castel Sant'Angelo, exit the square through the main entrance and proceed along Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tiber River. You will see Castel Sant'Angelo directly ahead. It's a scenic walk, so enjoy the view of the river and the surrounding architecture.
