    Getting There

    Bus

    From St. Peter's Square, head towards Via della Conciliazione, which is the main road leading out from the square. Look for the bus stop called 'Piazza San Pietro'. Board bus number 64 or 81, both of which can take you to Termini Station. At Termini, transfer to the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. Get off at 'Anagnina' station. From there, you can catch the Cotral bus to Rocca di Papa. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the Cotral service to ensure you don't miss your ride.

    Train

    Starting from St. Peter's Square, walk to Termini Station by taking bus number 64 or 81 from 'Piazza San Pietro'. At Termini, you can take a regional train towards 'Albano Laziale'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Albano Laziale' station. From there, you can either take a local bus to Rocca di Papa or a taxi for a quicker journey. If you take the bus, check the local schedules for the most efficient route.

    Walking

    If you're feeling adventurous and in good shape, you can walk to Rocca di Papa. Start from St. Peter's Square and head east towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue onto Via di Porta Cavalleggeri and then take a left onto Viale delle Mura Aurelie. Follow this road as it changes into Via Appia Nuova, then look for signs leading to Rocca di Papa. This is a long walk (approximately 15 km) and may take around 3 to 4 hours, so be prepared with water and comfortable shoes.
