Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight. At the next intersection, turn right onto Via di Monserrato. Caffè Perù will be on your left at number 46.

If you are at the Vatican Museums, exit and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano and follow the road. At the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica, continue straight ahead. When you reach the next intersection, turn right onto Via di Monserrato. Caffè Perù is located at 46, which will be on your left side.

If you are at St. Peter's Basilica, exit and walk towards the colonnade. Head towards the Vatican Museums by following the signs. After reaching the main street (Viale Vaticano), turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross over and continue straight. Turn right onto Via di Monserrato, and Caffè Perù will be on your left at number 46.
