Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Museums, head towards the main exit, which leads you to Viale Vaticano. Once you exit, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the large roundabout. Take the first exit onto Via di Monte del Gallo. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Monserrato. Turn right onto Via di Monserrato, and Caffè Perù will be on your left at number 46.
Public Transport
Exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza Navona' stop. From there, walk towards Corso del Rinascimento and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Monserrato. Turn left on Via di Monserrato, and Caffè Perù will be on your left at number 46.
