Walk straight down the pathway, passing through the Vatican's gardens. Continue until you reach the open square in front of St. Peter's Basilica. From here, turn right and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Follow this street until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Angel Bridge). Cross the bridge to the other side of the Tiber River. Once you are on the other side, continue straight and take the first left onto Via del Pellegrino. The Church of San Pellegrino will be located on this street. Look for the address marked WF34+XRR.
