To reach Borgo Angelico from the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Storia. Turn left onto Via della Storia and continue walking until you see Borgo Angelico on your right. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the square in front of the Basilica, turn left and walk along Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Borgo Santo Spirito. Turn right onto Borgo Santo Spirito, and Borgo Angelico will be a short walk ahead on your left. This route also takes about 10-15 minutes.
