From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head straight towards Viale Vaticano. Once you reach Viale Vaticano, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Piazza San Pietro. At this point, you will see St. Peter's Square ahead. Continue walking straight through the square, keeping the basilica to your right. After you exit St. Peter's Square, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Turn right onto Via del Corso and walk until you reach Piazza Mignanelli, which will be on your left.

From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Via di Porta Angelica. Catch bus number 81 or 982 towards 'Piazza Venezia.' The bus will take you directly towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia' and from there, walk towards Via del Corso. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Mignanelli, which will be on your left side.
