From the entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, head towards the main exit of the site. Once you exit, turn left and follow the path along the outer wall of St. Peter's Basilica. Continue walking straight until you reach the grand entrance of the Basilica. You will see the towering dome of St. Peter's Basilica ahead. The Sistine Chapel is located within the Vatican Museums, which can be accessed through the entrance situated to the right of the Basilica.

You will pass through various galleries showcasing magnificent artworks. Look for the signs pointing to the Chapel, as it is a popular destination within the Museums. The Sistine Chapel is located towards the end of the museum route, so be prepared for a short walk through the galleries.
