From the entrance of the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the main road, Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and walk straight for approximately 200 meters. You will see the Big Bus Tours Rome office on your left, just after passing the entrance to the Vatican Museums.

After visiting the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Board bus number 81 or 492. The bus will take you towards the city center. Disembark at the 'Piazza Cavour' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Big Bus Tours Rome office located at Viale Vaticano.
