From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the Vatican Museums main exit. Once you are outside, walk straight along Viale Vaticano for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Tunisi. Turn right onto Via Tunisi and continue for another 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Cipro. Turn left onto Via Cipro and walk straight for approximately 400 meters. You will see the entrance to the Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini on your right at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27.

Walking
Alternatively, from Vatican Pinacoteca, you can take the bus. Walk back to the entrance of the Vatican Museums and look for the bus stop named 'Vaticano'. Board bus line 81 or 982. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Vittorio Veneto'. From there, it’s a short 2-minute walk to the Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini located at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27.

Start from the Vatican Pinacoteca and walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano (about 15 minutes on foot). Take Line A towards Anagnina and get off at the third stop, Barberini. From Barberini, it's about a 10-minute walk to the museum. Head east on Via Vittorio Veneto, and you will find the Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini at number 27.
