To reach Jamaica State Park from downtown Bennington, start by walking to the Bennington Bus Station located at 150 Depot Street. From there, take the Green Mountain Express bus heading towards Jamaica. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jamaica Town Hall stop, walk south on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach Salmon Hole Lane. Turn left onto Salmon Hole Lane, and the park entrance will be on your right.

If you're feeling adventurous and would like to bike to Jamaica State Park from Bennington, start at the Bennington Battle Monument. Head east on Monument Avenue and take a left onto Route 9 East. Follow Route 9 for about 10 miles, which will take you through scenic views and small towns. Once you reach Jamaica, turn left onto Salmon Hole Lane, and the park entrance will be ahead on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules.
