If you are starting from the Bennington Visitor Center located at 102 Main Street, head east on Main Street toward South Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Monument Avenue. Turn left onto Monument Avenue and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will see the Bennington Battle Monument ahead, located at 15 Monument Circle. The monument is clearly visible from this road.

From the Bennington downtown area, you can take the Green Mountain Express bus service. Board the bus at the designated stop on Main Street and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Bennington Battle Monument. It is approximately a 10-minute ride.
