Founders transformed this imposing structure, updating its 50-year-old sign to herald a fresh era of craft beer production, pizza, and lodging. Valley Craft specializes in approachable, low-alcohol brews emphasizing drinkability. Core lineup includes For Wilmington With Love NE/Hazy IPA (5.25% ABV), Fetta di Casa Italian pilsner, porter, Belgian wheat beer, and Vienna lager. Additional offerings span West Coast IPA, Helles lager, witbier, pastry stout, and seasonal experiments like festbier and dark lager. Initially contract-brewed in Connecticut, production shifted to an on-site 10-barrel system, enabling innovative small-batch releases.[1][2]
