From any point in Champlain Valley, get onto Interstate 89 South. Continue on I-89 S for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 1 for US-2 East toward Montpelier/Randolph. Merge onto US-2 E and drive for about 15 miles. When you reach Randolph, turn left onto Vermont Route 66. Follow VT-66 for about 3 miles until you see the signs for Allis State Park. Turn right onto Allis State Park Road, and the park entrance will be on your left.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take a Greyhound or a local bus service to Montpelier, Vermont. From Montpelier, you can catch the Green Mountain Transit bus service to Randolph. Once in Randolph, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Allis State Park, as public transport may not take you directly to the park.

For those who prefer biking, start from downtown Randolph and head south on VT-66. The distance is about 3 miles, mostly on a straight road. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Allis State Park as you approach the park entrance on Allis State Park Road. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking regulations.

Walking to Allis State Park from downtown Randolph is feasible but will take some time. The distance is about 3 miles. Start on Main Street, head south, and turn onto VT-66. Follow VT-66, and as you approach the park, look for Allis State Park Road on your right. Be cautious of traffic and ensure you are walking on sidewalks where available.
