From any location in Champlain Valley, drive towards Charlotte, VT. If you are near Burlington, take US-7 South for approximately 12 miles. After entering Charlotte, turn left onto Mt Philo Rd. Follow Mt Philo Rd for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance of Mt. Philo State Park at 5425 Mt Philo Rd, Charlotte, VT 05445. Note that there is an entry fee of $4 per adult for all-day access.

While public transportation options are limited in the area, you can take the Green Mountain Transit bus from Burlington to Charlotte. The nearest stop is at the intersection of Route 7 and Ferry Road. From there, it is a 2-mile walk to Mt. Philo State Park.
