If you're traveling by car, head to 1215 US-2 in Milton, VT, which is the location of Sand Bar State Park. From your location in the Champlain Valley, use GPS navigation or a map application to direct you to the park. If you're coming from Burlington, take I-89 N, then exit onto US-2 E towards Milton. Continue on US-2 for about 10 miles. The park will be on your right. Note that there is a $5 fee per person to enter the park.
