Getting There

  From central areas of Green Mountains National Forest, head southeast on VT-100 S. Continue on VT-100 S for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with VT-4 E. Turn right onto VT-4 E and follow the road for about 5 miles. Look for signs for Coolidge State Forest, and turn left onto Coolidge State Park Road. Continue on this road for about 2 miles, and you will reach the entrance to Coolidge State Forest at Plymouth, VT 05056.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus from nearby towns (like Rutland) that service the Green Mountains National Forest area. You may need to transfer to a local shuttle or taxi service, as public transport options may be limited directly to Coolidge State Forest.
