    Car

    From the main entrance of Molly Falls State Park, head south on the park road. Follow the road until you reach the junction with VT-232. Turn left onto VT-232 and continue for approximately 4 miles. Look for the Groton State Forest signs as you drive. When you reach the intersection with Groton Road, turn right. Continue on Groton Road for about 1.5 miles and you will arrive at the parking area for Big Deer Mt. Note that parking is free, but be sure to arrive early as spaces fill up quickly on weekends.

    If you are using public transportation, first take a bus to the nearest town, which is Groton. From Groton, you can arrange for a local taxi service to take you to the Big Deer Mt. parking area.
