    From the main entrance of Molly Stark State Park, head south on Route 9 for approximately 3 miles. You will see signs for Retreat Tower as you approach Brattleboro. Turn left onto Reservoir Loop. Continue on Reservoir Loop until you reach the parking area for Retreat Tower, which will be on your right. The parking area is free.

    If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Brattleboro to the nearest stop on Route 9. Once you arrive, you will need to walk approximately a mile along Route 9 to reach the entrance of Molly Stark State Park. From there, follow the directions for cars to reach Retreat Tower.
