Getting There

  • Car

    Start by exiting Mount Ascutney State Park and head north on VT-44 N. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with I-91 N. Merge onto I-91 N and drive for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 28 for VT-105 E towards Island Pond. Continue on VT-105 E for about 12 miles until you reach Island Pond. Once in the town, turn left onto State Park Rd, and follow the road to Brighton State Park located at 102 State Park Rd, Island Pond, VT 05846. Note that there may be a parking fee at the state park, so be prepared for any costs associated with parking.
