If you're driving from the center of Orleans County, start by heading south on VT-5 S. Continue on this road for about 20 miles until you reach the intersection with US-2 W. Turn left onto US-2 W and drive for approximately 10 miles. Once you reach Stowe, turn left onto Sunset Ave. Follow Sunset Ave for roughly 1 mile until you reach Sunset Rock, which will be on your left. Parking is available nearby.

For those using public transport, you'll need to take a bus from Orleans County to Stowe. Check with local transit services for routes and schedules. Once you arrive in Stowe, you can either walk or take a local taxi service to Sunset Rock. From the bus stop in Stowe, it's about a 1-mile walk to Sunset Ave. Head south on Main St, then turn right onto Sunset Ave. Continue on Sunset Ave until you reach Sunset Rock, which will be on your left.

If you prefer biking, you can take the same route as driving, but do so on a bicycle. Ensure you have a bike map of the area, as some roads may not have dedicated bike lanes. The route from Orleans County to Stowe is approximately 30 miles and can take around 2-3 hours depending on your biking speed. Once you arrive in Stowe, navigate to Sunset Ave and follow it to Sunset Rock.
