From Upper Valley, drive south on VT-100. After about 10 miles, take the exit for US-7 South towards Burlington. Continue on US-7 for approximately 20 miles until you reach Charlotte. Then, take a left onto Mt. Philo Rd. Follow Mt. Philo Rd for about 2 miles until you arrive at Mt. Philo State Park, located at 5425 Mt Philo Rd, Charlotte, VT 05445. Note that there is a $4 per adult entry fee for all-day access.
