If you are driving from the center of Upper Valley, head southeast on the US-4 E. Continue on US-4 E for about 5 miles. Take the exit for I-89 N toward Concord. Merge onto I-89 N and drive for approximately 7 miles. Take exit 18 toward NH-120 S. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto NH-120 S. After about 2 miles, turn left onto Riverside Dr. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will see the Packard Hill Covered Bridge on your right.
