Car
If you're driving from the Upper Valley area, take Route 4 East towards White River Junction. Merge onto I-89 South and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 1 for I-91 South toward Brattleboro. After about 30 miles, take exit 2 for US-7 South toward Bennington. Continue on US-7 South for approximately 25 miles until you reach Bennington. Once in Bennington, follow signs for 'Bennington Battle Monument.' The monument is located at 15 Monument Cir, Bennington, VT 05201. There is a parking lot available nearby.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a bus from the Upper Valley area to Brattleboro. Check with Greyhound or Megabus for schedules. Once in Brattleboro, transfer to the Green Mountain Express bus service, which can take you to Bennington.
