Car
If you're driving from Montpelier, head east on US-2 E for approximately 22 miles. Turn left onto VT-16 N and continue for about 18 miles. In Barton, turn left onto Bellwater Ave, and you will find Crystal Lake State Park at 96 Bellwater Ave, Barton, VT 05822.
Car
From Barre, take US-302 E for about 16 miles until you reach the junction with VT-16 N. Turn left onto VT-16 N and follow it for approximately 25 miles. In Barton, turn left onto Bellwater Ave, and you will arrive at Crystal Lake State Park.
Public Transportation
Take the Green Mountain Transit bus from Montpelier to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Crystal Lake State Park, as public transit does not directly service the park. The taxi ride will take approximately 30 minutes and may cost around $30-40.
Car
If you are coming from Stowe, take VT-100 N for about 20 miles. Turn left onto VT-15 E and continue for about 17 miles, then merge onto US-5 N. Drive for another 10 miles, then turn right onto VT-16 N. In Barton, turn left onto Bellwater Ave, and you will reach Crystal Lake State Park.
