If you are driving, start from the Cat Ba Island town center. Head southeast on the main road towards the ferry terminal. After approximately 1.5 km, take the ferry from Cat Ba Island to Hai Phong city. The ferry ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Hai Phong ferry terminal, drive towards Dư Hàng street. Follow the signs for Lê Chân district and keep straight for about 3 km. You will find Chùa Dư Hàng on your left at 121 P. Dư Hàng.

To reach Chùa Dư Hàng using public transport, begin at the Cat Ba Island town center. Take a bus or shuttle to the ferry terminal (about 5-10 minutes). Board the ferry to Hai Phong city, which takes roughly 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Hai Phong ferry terminal, you can take a local bus or taxi to Dư Hàng. If you choose the bus, look for one heading towards Lê Chân district and get off at the closest stop to Dư Hàng street. From there, it’s a short walk to Chùa Dư Hàng at 121 P. Dư Hàng.
