If you are traveling by car, start from Cat Ba town center. Head southeast on Nguyen Hue Street, then continue onto Tran Hung Dao Street. After approximately 3 km, you will reach a fork; take the right road towards Trân Châu. Follow the signs for Đỉnh Ngự Lâm. The road will lead you to a parking area near the attraction. Please note that parking may be limited, so arrive early. There are no fees for parking.

From the Cat Ba town center, you can take a local bus to Trân Châu. The bus stations are well marked, and tickets can be purchased on-site. The bus ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Trân Châu, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the base of Đỉnh Ngự Lâm. Look for signs along the way. The bus fare is around 15,000 VND.

For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi from Cat Ba town directly to Đỉnh Ngự Lâm. Taxis are readily available, and the ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running. The fare should be around 60,000-80,000 VND depending on traffic.

Once you have a bike, head southeast on Nguyen Hue Street, then continue onto Tran Hung Dao Street. Follow the signs towards Trân Châu. After parking your bike, you will need to walk about 1 km to the base of Đỉnh Ngự Lâm. Rental prices typically range from 100,000 to 150,000 VND per day.
