If you have a car, start from Cat Ba Town. Head southeast on Ton Duc Thang Street and continue to follow the signs towards Cát Hải. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the area near the Rock Trail. Look for signage indicating the trail entrance, which is located at P373+X44. Make sure to park in designated areas to avoid fines.

Public Transportation
From Cat Ba Town, walk to the local bus station located near the main market. Take a bus heading to Cát Hải. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cát Hải bus terminal, you may need to take a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) to reach the Rock Trail entrance at P373+X44. Expect to pay around 30,000 VND for the motorbike ride. Ensure you confirm the destination with the driver to avoid any confusion.

If you are staying close to the Rock Trail, you can reach it by walking. From your accommodation, head towards Unnamed Road which leads to the trail. Follow local signage towards the Rock Trail. Depending on your location in Cat Ba, this could take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes on foot.
