    If you are driving a car or renting one, start from Cat Ba Town. Head south on Nguyễn Văn Trỗi Street towards Trần Phú Street. Continue straight onto the road leading to the eastern part of the island. Follow the signs for Cannon Fort (Pháo Đài) for approximately 3 km. The road will lead you up a hill, and you will find the entrance to Cannon Fort on your left. Parking is available near the entrance, and there is a small fee of about 10,000 VND for parking.
