If you are traveling by car, start from Cat Ba Town. Head southeast on Nguyễn Văn Trỗi toward Trần Phú. Continue on this road for about 6 km until you reach the intersection at the end of the road. Turn left onto the road leading to the Viet Hai village area. Follow this road for approximately 7 km. You will arrive at a parking area near the entrance to the trail leading up to Navy Peak Telecom Tower. Parking may cost around 20,000 VND. From the parking area, continue your hike upwards through the paths marked for tourists, which will lead you directly to the tower.
